MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 6 MPH...9 KM/H.  A TURN TOWARD THE
NORTH-NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED ON TUESDAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTHEAST TUESDAY NIGHT.
 
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/H...
WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS EXPECTED DURING THE
