DEPRESSION HAS INCREASED ITS FORWARD SPEED AND IS NOW MOVING TOWARD
THE NORTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH...32 KM/H. A CONTINUED EAST-NORTHEAST
MOTION WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED
DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO.  ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF
BERYL IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ALONG OR JUST OFF THE COAST OF NORTH
