MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 3 MPH...6 KM/HR...AND A TURN TOWARD THE
WEST-SOUTHWEST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY.  A TURN TOWARD THE
SOUTHWEST AND THEN SOUTH IS FORECAST BY LATE TOMORROW.
