LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.7 NORTH...LONGITUDE 126.6 WEST OR ABOUT
1140 MILES...1835 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.
 
HERNAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...15 KM/HR...
AND A GRADUAL TURN TO THE WEST AND WEST-SOUTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING
