LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 17.3 NORTH...LONGITUDE 125.7 WEST OR ABOUT
1095 MILES...1760 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.
 
HERNAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH...17 KM/HR.  A
GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE WEST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
