MILES...605 KM...SOUTHEAST OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND.
 
LAURA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 14 MPH...22 KM/HR.  A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED TO BEGIN TONIGHT.
