AT 1100 PM EDT...0300 UTC...THE REMNANTS OF HANNA WERE LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 14.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 84.5 WEST. THE REMNANTS ARE MOVING
TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/H. THE REMNANTS OF HANNA WILL
MOVE OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHERN NICARAGUA HONDURAS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT
AND TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.

THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1006 MB...29.71 INCHES.


HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND

RAINFALL...THE REMNANTS OF HANNA ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE TOTAL
RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES...WITH ISOLATED MAXIMUM
AMOUNTS OF 9 INCHES...ACROSS HONDURAS AND NORTHERN NICARAGUA. THESE
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL PRODUCE LIFE-THREATENING FLASH FLOODS AND MUD
SLIDES.
