For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories Hurricane
Blanca, located several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico.
The National Hurricane Center has issued the last advisory on
Post-Tropical Cyclone Andres, located about 950 miles west of the
southern tip of Baja California.

1. A low pressure area is expected to form over the weekend or early
next week a few hundred miles south of the coasts of El Salvador and
Guatemala. Environmental conditions are generally conducive for
gradual development of this system while it moves toward the
northwest or north.
