For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Franklin, located several hundred miles west-southwest of Bermuda, 
on Hurricane Idalia, located over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico, 
and on newly formed Tropical Depression Eleven, located several 
hundred miles east-southeast of Bermuda.

1. Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A tropical wave located between the west coast of Africa and the 
Cabo Verde Islands is producing some disorganized showers and 
thunderstorms. Environmental conditions appear marginally conducive 
for gradual development of this system, and a tropical depression 
could form later this week while the system moves west-northwestward 
to northwestward across the eastern tropical Atlantic.

* Formation chance through 7 days...medium...50 percent.
