MATAGORDA TO FREEPORT.
 
THE STORM SURGE WARNING FROM PORT O'CONNOR TO SARGENT INCLUDING
MATAGORDA BAY HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.
 
THE HURRICANE WARNING IS DISCONTINUED FROM SOUTH OF MATAGORDA TO
