DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fabio was
located near latitude 19.3 North, longitude 123.9 West. Fabio is
moving toward the northwest near 16 mph (26 km/h).  A northwestward
to west-northwestward motion at a similar forward speed is expected
to continue for the next several days.

Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 70 mph (110 km/h)
with higher gusts.  Rapid weakening is forecast, and Fabio will
likely degenerate into a remnant low on Friday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 175 miles (280 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 990 mb (29.24 inches).
