DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fabio was
located near latitude 12.5 North, longitude 109.5 West. Fabio is
moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h), and this
general motion is expected to continue for the next few days.

Maximum sustained winds have increased to near 70 mph (110 km/h)
with higher gusts.  Rapid intensification is forecast during the
next couple of days, and Fabio is expected to become a hurricane on
Monday and strengthen into a major hurricane by Tuesday.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 80 miles (130 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 995 mb (29.39 inches).
