At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Hurricane Celia was located
near latitude 17.4 North, longitude 129.5 West. Celia is moving
toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h), and this track
should continue during the next day or two.

Maximum sustained winds are near 80 mph (130 km/h) with higher
gusts.  Gradual weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours.

Hurricane-force winds extend outward up to 30 miles (45 km) from the
center and tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 140 miles
(220 km).

The estimated minimum central pressure is 981 mb (28.97 inches).
