At 900 AM CST (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Otto was
located near latitude 9.0 North, longitude 94.0 West. Otto is moving
toward the west near 16 mph (26 km/h), and this motion is expected
to continue during the next day or so.

Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours.

Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1000 mb (29.53 inches).
