At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Felicia was
located near latitude 19.8 North, longitude 115.8 West.  Felicia is
moving toward the northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h), and a turn toward
the west-northwest is expected over the next 48 hours.

Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast, and Felicia is expected to become a tropical
depression on Friday and a remnant low on Saturday.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km)
from the center.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
