WEST. THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 6 MPH
...9 KM/H.  A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST AND AN INCREASE IN
FORWARD SPEED ARE EXPECTED ON THURSDAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD
THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AND AN ADDITIONAL INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED 
THURDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF
GABRIELLE WILL CONTINUE MOVING AWAY FROM BERMUDA...REMAIN WELL
OFFSHORE OF THE U.S. EAST COAST...AND APPROACH NOVA SCOTIA FRIDAY
EVENING.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY.
