THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED ON FRIDAY WITH A SLIGHT
DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER
