MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE BEFORE OLIVIA BECOMES NEARLY STATIONARY
TONIGHT.  A WEST-SOUTHWESTWARD MOTION IS FORECAST ON TUESDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LITTLE CHANGE IN STRENGTH IS EXPECTED TODAY.  WEAKENING
