AT 200 AM AST...0600 UTC...ENVIRONMENT CANADA HAS ISSUED A HURRICANE
WATCH FOR SOUTHEASTERN NEWFOUNDLAND FROM STONES COVE EASTWARD
AROUND THE AVALON PENINSULA TO CHARLOTTETOWN.  A TROPICAL STORM
WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM INDIAN HARBOUR EASTWARD TO WEST OF
STONES COVE...AND FROM FOGO ISLAND SOUTHWARD TO CHARLOTTETOWN.
