WITH A SLIGHT DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 100 MPH...160
KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  KATIA IS A CATEGORY TWO HURRICANE ON THE
