THIS GENERAL MOTION SHOULD CONTINUE UNTIL THE SYSTEM DISSIPATES.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS FORECAST TO DISSIPATE ON
WEDNESDAY AS IT WEAKENS TO A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE.
