WEST WITH A REDUCTION IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT
36 HOURS...WITH A TURN WESTWARD THEREAFTER.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 80 MPH...130 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
