ADVISORY...
 
AT 200 AM PDT...0900 UTC...THE CENTER OF THE REMNANT LOW THAT WAS
FORMERLY TROPICAL DEPRESSION PATRICIA WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE
22.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 109.7 WEST OR ABOUT 15 MILES...25 KM...
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF CABO SAN LUCAS MEXICO.
 
THE REMNANT LOW IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 6 MPH...
9 KM/HR. A TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED LATER TODAY...AND A
GENERAL WESTWARD MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH DISSIPATION. 
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. GRADUAL WEAKENING IS EXPECTED...AND THE LOW IS EXPECTED TO
