TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR THE ISLANDS OF SAN ANDRES AND
PROVIDENCIA.
 
AT 10 AM...THE GOVERNMENT OF NICARAGUA HAS ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM
WARNING FOR THE ENTIRE EASTERN COAST OF NICARAGUA.
 
A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN 24 HOURS.
