PALOMA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 5 MPH...7 KM/HR...AND
THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD
SPEED ON MONDAY.  THE CENTER OF PALOMA SHOULD BE NEAR THE NORTH
COAST OF CUBA THIS AFTERNOON AND BE NEAR THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS BY
MONDAY MORNING.

SCALE.  ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS EXPECTED...EVEN AFTER THE CENTER OF
PALOMA MOVES OFFSHORE DUE TO STRONG UPPER-LEVEL WINDS.  PALOMA IS
FORECAST TO WEAKEN TO A TROPICAL STORM TODAY...AND DEGENERATE TO A
WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE ON MONDAY.

THE CENTER...AND TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 115
