TROPICAL STORM WATCH FROM PALMA SOLA TO LA CRUZ.  A TROPICAL STORM
WATCH MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN THE
WATCH AREA...GENERALLY WITHIN 36 HOURS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 3 MPH.  A SLOW MOTION
TO THE WEST OR WEST-SOUTHWEST IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
