LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.9 NORTH... LONGITUDE 55.9 WEST OR ABOUT
400 MILES... 645 KM... EAST OF THE LEEWARD ISLANDS.
 
PHILIPPE IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH... 13
