MILES...1300 KM...WEST-NORTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
 
PETER IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR.  A TURN
TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AND NORTHEAST WITH A GRADUAL INCREASE
IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
