INTERESTS IN BERMUDA SHOULD MONITOR THE PROGRESS OF MINDY.

DATA FROM AN AIR FORCE RESERVE HURRICANE HUNTER PLANE INDICATE THAT
MINDY HAS WEAKENED BELOW TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH.

AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION MINDY WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 25.8 NORTH... LONGITUDE 71.9 WEST OR ABOUT
630 MILES...1010 KM...SOUTHWEST OF BERMUDA.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 9 MPH ...15
KM/HR...AND A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED OVER
THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
