AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM FABIAN WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 15.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE  43.7 WEST OR ABOUT
1175 MILES...1900 KM...EAST OF THE LESSER ANTILLES.
 
FABIAN HAS DECREASED IN FORWARD SPEED AND NOW IS MOVING TOWARD THE
WEST NEAR 16 MPH ...26 KM/HR. THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS REMAIN NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  FABIAN HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A HURRICANE DURING THE
