TROPICAL STORM WARNING AND A HURRICANE WATCH FOR THE COAST OF THE
BAY OF CAMPECHE FROM VERACRUZ TO CAMPECHE.
 
A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED IN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN 24 HOURS.  A HURRICANE WATCH
MEANS THAT HURRICANE CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA
WITHIN 36 HR.
