ALTHOUGH FELICIA HAS DEVELOPED SOME DEEP CONVECTION NEAR AND TO THE
EAST OF THE CENTER DURING THE PAST FEW HOURS...WEAKENING IS
ANTICIPATED DUE TO SHEAR AND COLD WATERS. THE DEPRESSION SHOULD
CONTINUE MOVING ON A GENERAL WEST-NORTHWEST TRACK ABOUT 12 KNOTS
UNTIL DISSIPATION 12 HOURS. A REMANT LOW SHOULD CONTINUE PRODUCING
INTERMITTENT BURSTS OF CONVECTION DURING THE DAY OR TWO.
