THE LOW LEVEL CENTER IS EXPOSED TO THE NORTH OF LIMITED DEEP
CONVECTION. FELICIA IS HEADING FOR COOLER WATERS AND DRIER AIR AND
ALTHOUGH IT MAY STILL DEVELOP INTERMITTENT BURSTS OF CONVECTION...
A GRADUAL WEAKENING IS INDICATED THROUGH THE FORECAST PERIOD. 
 
FELICIA IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST AT 14 KNOTS AROUND THE
SUBTROPICAL RIDGE. THE STEERING PATTERN IS NOT EXPECTED TO CHANGE
SO FELICIA SHOULD CONTINUE ON THIS GENERAL TRACK OR WEST-NORTHWEST
UNTIL DISSIPATION.
