SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS...A SURFACE TROUGH FROM PANAMA CITY FLORIDA TO THE
CENTRAL GULF NEAR 27N89W WILL DISSIPATE TONIGHT. THE REMNANTS OF
TROPICAL CYCLONE ERIKA WILL WEAKEN AS THEY TRACK WESTWARD THROUGH
THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA TONIGHT AND SUN. A N TO S SURFACE TROUGH
ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS WILL SLOWLY TRACK NW THROUGH THE
EASTERN GULF SUN THROUGH MON NIGHT AND MOVE INTO THE N CENTRAL
GULF WED AND THU. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE PREVAILS OVER THE REMAINDER
OF THE GULF.
