SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH EXTENDS FROM WEAK 1021 MB LOW PRES IS IN 
THE FAR NW GULF NEAR 28N95W TO THE SW GULF NEAR 18N93W. THIS 
TROUGH AND LOW WILL LINGER THROUGH MON BEFORE DRIFTING NW MON 
NIGHT. HIGH PRES WILL PREVAIL WITH SE RETURN FLOW DEVELOPING IN 
THE W GULF TUE...SPREADING E THROUGH THE DAY. THE HIGH WILL 
SHIFT TO THE E MIDWEEK ENABLING A STRONG COLD FRONT TO MOVE INTO 
THE NW WATERS LATE WED NIGHT. STRONG TO GALE FORCE N WINDS WILL 
SPREAD BEHIND THE FRONT OVER THE WESTERN GULF EARLY THU THROUGH 
FRI NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL REACH FROM CENTRAL FLORIDA TO THE 
CENTRAL BAY OF CAMPECHE BY THU EVENING...STALLING OVER THE 
EXTREME SE GULF FRI.
