SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

THE HIGH WILL SHIFT NW TO INTERIOR LOUISIANA ON FRI WITH A RIDGE
EXTENDING SE TO THE SE GULF WATERS. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT SE TO
OVER THE SAT NE GULF OVER THE WEEKEND WITH THE RIDGE BECOMING
ORIENTED FROM SW LOUISIANA TO THE FAR SE GULF.
