HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE PERIOD. A HIGH PRESSURE CENTER IS
