HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

NEAR 27N91W WILL DISSIPATE TONIGHT. A TROPICAL WAVE WILL MOVE W
THROUGH THE YUCATAN CHANNEL EARLY TUE AND THE SW GULF WED. A COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NE GULF EARLY TUE AND BECOME DIFFUSE FROM
THE FLORIDA BIG BEND TO THE SOUTHERN TEXAS COAST WED NIGHT.
TROUGHING WILL BEGIN TO BUILD OVER THE EASTERN GULF BY THU NIGHT.
