SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS...A SURFACE TROUGH WILL SHIFT W OFF THE YUCATAN
PENINSULA EACH NIGHT...MOVE W ACROSS THE SW WATERS DURING THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS AND DISSIPATE AROUND SUNRISE. A WEAK COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NW GULF BY TONIGHT. THE FRONT WILL
EXTEND FROM MOBILE BAY TO BROWNSVILLE TEXAS MON MORNING AND FROM
TAMPA BAY TO NEAR TAMPICO MEXICO ON TUE. THE FRONT WILL DISSIPATE
FROM FAR SW FLORIDA TO NEAR BROWNSVILLE WED. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
WILL REBUILD IN THE WAKE OF THE FRONT AND PREVAIL THROUGH FRI.
