.SYNOPSIS...A SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE WESTERN
ATLANTIC PUSHING THE REMNANTS OF AN OLD FRONTAL BOUNDARY ACROSS
THE REGION DURING THE NEXT FEW DAYS. A NORTHERLY SWELL IS
EXPECTED TO INVADE THE ATLANTIC WATERS AND CARIBBEAN PASSAGES
MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. WINDS WILL ALSO INCREASE AS THE
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES CLOSER TO THE LOCAL AREA.
