.SYNOPSIS...A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE IS FORECAST TO MOVE THROUGH
THE LOCAL WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...INCREASING
WINDS AND SEAS...AS WELL AS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
LOCAL WATERS. THEN...A BROAD SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE
NORTHEASTERN ATLANTIC WILL MAINTAIN A MODERATE EASTERLY WIND
FLOW ACROSS THE REGION FOR MUCH OF NEXT WEEK.
