.SYNOPSIS...A mid and upper level trough will provide
thunderstorms into mid-week, with a chance of heavy rain, 
frequent lightning, and gusty winds. High pressure over the 
western and central Atlantic waters will maintain primarily 
moderate trade winds over the region through mid-week. Looking 
ahead, winds and seas will diminish Fri as the high pressure 
shifts east of the area.
