.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE NORTHEAST OF THE REGION WILL MAINTAIN
MODERATE TO FRESH TRADE WINDS OVER THE LOCAL WATERS TODAY. TRADE
WINDS AND SEAS WILL SUBSIDE LATER TODAY AS THE HIGH PRESSURE
PULLS FARTHER NORTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC AND LOW
PRESSURE MOVES TO THE WESTERN ATLANTIC.
