NORTH...LONGITUDE 106.5 WEST.  REMNANT MOISTURE FROM SONIA WILL
MOVE NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS NORTHEASTERN MEXICO AND INTO TEXAS TODAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SYSTEM ARE NEAR 25
MPH...35 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.
