NEAR 7 MPH...11 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE WEST IS EXPECTED ON
THURSDAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST ON FRIDAY. 

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 30 MPH...45 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
