NORTH WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND
EARLY THURSDAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST BY
EARLY FRIDAY.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO NEAR 65 MPH...100
KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  ADDITIONAL STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST
