THIS GENERAL MOTION IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE TODAY...WITH A GRADUAL
TURN TOWARD THE WEST AT A SLIGHTLY FASTER FORWARD SPEED EXPECTED 
ON SUNDAY. ON THE FORECAST TRACK...CELIA IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN 
WELL OFFSHORE THE COAST OF MEXICO.
