AT 200 AM PDT...0900 UTC...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION BLANCA
WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 20.8 NORTH...LONGITUDE 119.0 WEST OR ABOUT
600 MILES...970 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE SOUTHERN TIP OF BAJA
CALIFORNIA.
 
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 14 MPH...
22 KM/HR...AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE
NEXT DAY OR TWO WITH SOME DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...
WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  ADDITIONAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE
