AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF ANTIGUA HAS ISSUED A
TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS...ST.
KITTS...AND NEVIS.
 
A TROPICAL STORM WARNING IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR PUERTO RICO...THE U.S.
AND BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS...SABA...ST. EUSTATIUS...ST.
MARTEEN...ST. KITTS...AND NEVIS.
 
AT 11 AM AST...THE GOVERNMENT OF ANTIGUA HAS ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM
WATCH FOR ANGUILLA.
 
TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS COULD ALSO AFFECT THE REMAINDER OF THE
NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS.
 
AT 11 AM AST...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM JEANNE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 16.6 NORTH...LONGITUDE  63.1 WEST OR ABOUT 
135 MILES... 220 KM...SOUTHEAST OF ST. CROIX.
 
JEANNE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR...
AND A GENERAL MOTION TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST OR NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED
FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  40 MPH... 65 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. AN
AIR FORCE RESERVE RECONNAISSANCE AIRCRAFT IS SCHEDULED TO
