MOTION WITH A SLIGHT DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED THROUGH
TONIGHT.  A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH IS FORECAST ON TUESDAY...FOLLOWED
BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST TUESDAY NIGHT.
