**HAROLD WEAKENS TO A DEPRESSION WELL INLAND OVER DEEP SOUTH TEXAS**

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 180 miles west-southwest of Port O'Connor TX
    - 27.6N 99.3W
    - Storm Intensity 35 mph
    - Movement West-northwest or 290 degrees at 21 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

Harold has moved well inland, and has weakened to a tropical depression.
Some isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms remain across
the area and winds are modestly breezy, but no further impacts from
this storm are expected for Southeast Texas. The tropical storm watches
and warnings that had been in effect are canceled.

POTENTIAL IMPACTS

* TORNADOES:
Little to no impacts are anticipated at this time 
across Southeast Texas.

* SURGE:
Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time 
across Southeast Texas.

* WIND:
Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time 
across Southeast Texas.
