Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Tropical N Atlantic
from 07N to 22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of
31N W of 65W including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Caribbean Sea and Tropical N ATLC from 07N to 19N
between 55W and 64W

.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Harvey is centered near 13.4N 62.9W
1005 mb at 2100 UTC moving W at 18 kt. Maximum sustained winds
are 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt. Harvey will continue Wwd across
the southern Caribbean and reach near 13.9N 69.3W Sat afternoon,
and begin to veer more WNW, reaching 14.5N 76.7W Sun afternoon,
15.5N 83.5W Mon afternoon, and inland across Belize near 17.5N
88.5W Tue afternoon as a strong tropical storm.

SYNOPSIS FOR THE SW N ATLC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS

.SYNOPSIS...The northern part of a strong tropical wave moving 
across the southern Bahamas will continue W and reach the
Straits of Florida early Sat, accompanied by fresh to locally 
strong winds and active weather. Low pressure in the tropical 
Atlc will pass N of the Leeward Islands late Sat, possibly as a 
tropical cyclone, and reach the southern Bahamas by early Mon 
bringing strong winds and building seas to the waters S of 25N. A
ridge along 28N will move N of the area early next week.
