COAST OF MEXICO FROM CABO ROJO TO LAGUNA VERDE.  THE GOVERNMENT OF
MEXICO HAS ALSO ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WARNING FROM NORTH OF CABO
ROJO TO RIO PANUCO AND FROM SOUTH OF LAGUNA VERDE TO PUERTO
VERACRUZ.
