DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Roslyn was located near latitude 21.6 North, longitude 115.2 West. The depression is moving toward the north near 7 mph (11 km/h). A turn toward the northwest is expected tonight and Thursday, and a turn toward the west-northwest is forecast Thursday night. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is likely, and Roslyn is expected to degenerate to a remnant low pressure area tonight.
