THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY DEEP CONVECTION IN ANDRES FOR OVER 24 HOURS
AND THE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO WEAKEN.  THE SYSTEM IS CARRIED AS A
REMNANT LOW FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE DISSIPATION.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST DISCUSSION ON ANDRES UNLESS REGENERATION
OCCURS.
