DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM HST (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Ema was located near latitude 25.4 North, longitude 168.3 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the north-northwest near 17 mph (28 km/h). This motion is expected to continue tonight, with the remnant low expected to dissipate on Monday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is expected tonight, with the remnant low expected to dissipate on Monday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1009 mb (29.80 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
