**TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS CANCELED**

NEW INFORMATION
---------------

* CHANGES TO WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - All watches and warnings have been canceled

* CURRENT WATCHES AND WARNINGS:
    - None

* STORM INFORMATION:
    - About 180 miles west of Key West FL or about 230 miles west of 
      Marathon FL
    - 24.2N 84.6W
    - Storm Intensity 105 mph
    - Movement Northwest or 305 degrees at 12 mph

SITUATION OVERVIEW
------------------

At 400 AM EST, the center of Hurricane Rafael was located about 180 
miles west of Key West, Florida. Rafael is moving towards the northwest
at around 12 mph, and a turn towards the west followed by a slower
forward speed is expected today. Rafael will continue to move away 
from western Cuba today and move over the southern Gulf of Mexico for 
the next few days.
